Smoke Salt
Flavored salt is a fast and clever way to add an instant flavour boost to an array of dishes. Sprinkle it on meats, seafood, soups, boiled and roasted potatoes, oven fries, eggs, tomatoes, sour cream, yoghurt, guacamole and much more.
Ingredients
- 30g sea salt flakes (preferably Maldon)
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika (preferably LA CHINATA)
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Crush the sea salt flakes with your fingers into a small bowl to reduce their size. Add all the remaining ingredients to the salt and mix together well. Transfer to an airtight jar ready for use.
