- 30g sea salt flakes preferably Maldon
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika preferably LA CHINATA
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
