Peanut Curry Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ lime juiced
- 1 tsp clear honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 165ml can coconut milk
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp chilli powder
Instructions
- Mix the lime juice, honey, soy sauce, curry powder, garlic, onion and chilli powder and peanut butter in a small bowl. Add a splash of water if it’s too stiff. Transfer to a small pan with the coconut milk, and heat gently for 5 mins stirring continually, until combined.
