Smoke Salt
Ingredients
- 30g sea salt flakes preferably Maldon
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika preferably LA CHINATA
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Crush the sea salt flakes with your fingers into a small bowl to reduce their size. Add all the remaining ingredients to the salt and mix together well. Transfer to an airtight jar ready for use.
