Ingredients
- 220g thinly shredded red cabbage
- 2 large spring onions, chopped fine
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 14g coriander, roughly chopped
- 90g roughly chopped cashew nuts
- Sea salt flakes
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together well. Taste seasoning and adjust with salt and pepper as needed.
