Black Lime Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 180ml olive oil
- 60ml lemon juice
- 10ml honey
- 2 x 2.5cm black limes
- Sea salt flakes and cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Crush black lime down with your hand or a knife. Add all vinaigrette ingredients to a small blender and blend until smooth. Taste and season with salt and black pepper as necessary.
