Black Lime Vinaigrette

Vibrant and versitile dressing for cold and warm dishes

Ingredients

  • 180ml olive oil
  • 60ml lemon juice
  • 10ml honey
  • 2 x 2.5cm black limes
  • Sea salt flakes and cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Crush black lime down with your hand or a knife. Add all vinaigrette ingredients to a small blender and blend until smooth. Taste and season with salt and black pepper as necessary.
