Umami Bomb Sauce

Rich seasoning sauce made with miso and soy ready to delight your senses

Allow yourself to be seduced by a sauce described as ‘the essence of deliciousness’

If you didn’t believe there was just one sauce that could bring intense and unforgettable flavour to a whole range of dishes, then now is the time to take an interest.

What is Umami

Umami is the taste, often described as the savory deliciousness that deepens flavour (think of the flavour of juicy slow-roasted tomatoes, parmesan cheese and buttery fried mushrooms to get an idea). The taste of umami is long-lasting and spreads across the tongue more intensely than other basic tastes.

Adding instant flavour

This umami bomb sauce is a fast, effective and easy way to add well-rounded savory richness to otherwise bland dishes, instead of adding extra salt or stock liquid.

With a blend of miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, garlic and a touch of honey, the flavour of this sauce acts as a sort of ‘glutamate’ that the body craves along with the sensations of sweet, sour, bitter and salty flavours.
