Recipe: Blonde Michelada
After drinking this Blonde Michelada a normal larger will never taste the same again
A michelada is a Mexican drink made with beer, lime juice, various sauces, spices, tomato juice and a dash of chilli sauce. It is served in a chilled glass with the rim dipped in salt (and sometimes Old Bay seasoning). There are numerous versions of Micheladas throughout Mexico, with some even using clam juice for a salty umami kick.
This is a simplified version that uses only lime juice, salt and light, fresh blonde Corona beer. It’s a real thirst quencher and perfect for hot days.
