Party Nuts Are the Perfect Thing to Serve Guests When Entertaining
Nuts contain a lot of natural oil, so when they’re coated in spices and roasted at a low temperature, those oils are released and coat the nuts in a delicious salty, spicy flavour. Serve them to guests while pouring drinks, or keep a batch ready in the cupboard for snacking throughout the day. Keep nuts flavourful by using earthy spices like cumin and smoked paprika, and add a pinch of chilli if you want a bit of heat. If you prefer a sweeter finish, a little sugar or maple syrup can be mixed into the seasoning to create a delicious salty-sweet coating.
