Feta Crunch Dip

This creamy whipped feta and yoghurt dip is perfect served with tortilla chips, flatbreads, breadsticks or fresh vegetables such as carrot and cucumber sticks

Ingredients

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 100g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 heaped tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeƱos
  • 3 tbsp chopped pistachio nuts
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • Sea salt flakes
  • 4 tbsp good quality tasting olive oil + extra for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine feta, yoghurt, lime juice, olive oil and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Stir through chopped jalapenos, 1 tablespoon each of chopped mint and dill and 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios.
  • Transfer dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with the remaining mint, dill and chopped pistachios.
