A twist on the classic British breakfast 'Boiled Egg with Soldiers' with parmesan crusted bread

Ingredients
2tbsproom temperature butter
3heaped tablespoons finely grated parmesan
1medium eggat room temperature
1slicewhite toast bread
Sea salt flakes
White and black sesame seeds
Instructions
Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Add egg gently to the boiling water and set the timer for exactly 6 minutes.
Whilst the egg is boiling, In a small bowl, combine parmesan and butter and whip until smooth.
Spread both sides of the bread thickly with parmesan butter. Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds. Heat a non stick pan to medium heat and fry on each side until crispy and golden brown.
Remove toast from the pan, sprinkle with a little salt and cut into strips for dipping.
At 6 minutes remove the egg and run under cold water for 10 seconds.
Place the egg into an egg cup and remove the top with a knife. Serve alongside parmesan soldiers and extra salt.
Notes
Don't have parmesan? Then simply replace it with grated cheddar
