Korean Chilli Pickle Mayo

This very special zingy, spicy, savoury and sweet sauce can be used on burgers, hotdogs, sandwiches or as a dip to vegetables and meat.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Korean Gochujang Chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 pickled cucumber chopped into very small chunks

Instructions

  • Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl except for chopped pickle. Stir well to ensure honey combines into the sauce.
  • Add pickled cucumber pieces and stir through.
  • Place in the fridge until ready to use. Sauce will last 1 week.
