Feta and Cheddar Toastie with Black Lime Hot Honey
Salty creamy and tangy feta and cheddar toastie drizzled in a spiced black lime hot honey

The amount of cheese you use will depend on the size of your bread. Crumble and grate equal parts feta and cheddar to create a generously packed filling for the toastie.
Butter one side of each piece of bread. Turn the bread over and press the feta and cheddar cheese mixture into a mound on the unbuttered side. Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side up.
Heat a frying pan over low - medium heat. Place the toastie buttered side down in the pan and cook until golden brown and the cheese begins to melt. Flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is fully melted.
Remove the toastie from the pan. Cut it into three pieces and drizzle with black lime hot honey.
