Bacon Jam Cheeseburger
Fat 200g juicy beef mince patty, bacon jam, burger sauce, lettuce and tomato packed into a brioche bun.

- 1 large firm brioche bun
- 200g high quality beef mince
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Sea salt flakes and cracked black pepper
- Dash of hot sauce
- 2 Cos lettuce leaves
- 1 -2 slices of tomato
- Handful of 3 Cheese mix - equal parts grated mozzarella, white cheddar and red cheddar
Mix minced beef, onion powder, garlic powder, hot sauce, salt and pepper and form into a burger patty slightly larger than your bun.
Toast inside of both brioche buns.
Fry the patty in the oil over a medium heat until nicely browned. Turn and fry for a further 30 seconds before adding the cheese. Cover and allow the cheese to melt completely.
On the bottom brioche bun, spread the ultimate burger sauce. Top with lettuce, beef and cheese patty and tomato. Spread the inside of the top bun with bacon jam and place on top of the burger.
