Mexican-inspired beer cocktail with fresh lime juice and a salt-rimmed glass

Ingredients

Scale
  • Sea Salt flakes
  • 40ml fresh lime juice
  • 1 Corona beer

Instructions

  1. If using a standard tumbler glass: Rub the rim of the glass with a lime piece or some water
  2. Roll rim of the glass in sea salt
  3. Add half the lime juice
  4. Top with half the corona beer
  5. Repeat for a second glass
  6. Or using a larger glass add all the lime juice and beer
